Sidewalks in Natomas and Regency Parks
We have multiple issues with our sidewalks (and parks), in Natomas & Regency Parks. Please help to eradicate them:
1) People are parking on the sidewalk. Please stop. It's side*WALK*, not side*PARK*. Please stay off the sidewalks with your cars and motorcycles. This is highly unruly and makes our neighborhoods look trashy, not to mention blocks the sidewalks to pedestrians.
2) Aim your sprinklers in the right direction. Countless lawns have sprinklers that are spraying on the sidewalks because the nozzle heads haven't been adjusted correctly. Please aim your sprinklers so they spray your lawn, not pedestrians.
3) Sidewalk slime! Ugh! Let's face it, landscape drainage in Natomas and Regency sucks. Who ever came up with the bright idea to run a drain pipe to the edge of the sidewalk so all the overflow water from the backyard seeps across the sidewalk and creates a green or black slime should never be allowed to work in landscaping again. HORRIBLE IDEA. Remedy? There is none. BUT, you can help. Buy some biodegradable solution at Depot and saturate the slime with it, then spray it off. You should only have to do it a few times a year.
4). In the park over near Charter School. Some tool is letting his horse dog crap all over the lawn and is NOT picking it up. Dog crap lines the sidewalk through the park. I suspect it is the same dog. What kind of resident would do this? I am shocked by how insensitive and /or lazy people are. Wow. PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR DOG'S CRAP!!!! THE PARK BELONGS TO THE COMMUNITY!!!!!!!
Thanks for reading AND HAVE A NICE DAY :)
