More grass is coming up now in the backyard.  I love watering it, it seems to pop out at me and say - ahhhhh. 

We also planted a braeburn apple tree, a burning bush, a lilac bush (that is also supposed to get red leaves in the fall) and a rose bush.  What a beautiful transformation our front yard has taken. 

I've never planted a tree before, so am a little nervous about that.   It's about 10 feet tall and has flower buds, beautiful!

Next, later today, is a small garden.  I have 3 different tomato plants (early, cherry, and grape) and also a red pepper plant.  Since we have rabbits in the neighborhood, I'm also planting some marigolds.
